Step #1: The Principles
In The Principles I guide you and others through a sequence of basic Hatha Yoga postures appropriate for everyone in the class. You will learn to practice yoga in a way that allows you to breathe comfortably, and truly focus on mastering the 5 Yoga Principles.

Step #2: Self Practice
In Self Practice you get to memorize the basic sequence we do in The Principles so that you can practice on your own - at home or wherever you have the time and the space to work on. yourself! Over time we individualize your practice by adding and subtracting the postures appropriate to your unique body.

Step #3: Mentorship
Mentorship sessions are completely private. You and I get to focus and work on what is most important to you in your practice, without interruption. This is a great way to deepen your practice, and even begin the journey of becoming a teacher yourself.
